Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Celery sticks, for serving
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt until smooth. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, shaking off excess.
- Arrange the battered cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- While the cauliflower is baking, mix the buffalo sauce with olive oil in a small bowl.
- Once the cauliflower is done, remove it from the oven and toss in the buffalo sauce mixture until fully coated. Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving alongside celery sticks and your favorite dressing.
