  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 package (3 oz) red raspberry Jello
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 package (3 oz) blue raspberry Jello
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • Red candy or berries for decoration
  • Small star-shaped sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, dissolve the red raspberry Jello in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved. Add 1/2 cup of cold water and 1/2 cup of vodka. Pour into shot glasses, filling them about one-third full. Refrigerate until set, about 1-2 hours.
  2. In another bowl, combine 1 cup of boiling water with the blue raspberry Jello, stirring until dissolved. Add 1/2 cup of cold water and mix well. Carefully pour it on top of the set red layer in the shot glasses, filling them about two-thirds full. Refrigerate for another hour.
  3. Once the blue layer is set, prepare the whipped cream and add it as the white layer on top. Refrigerate for an additional 30 minutes to allow it to set.
