Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup Rumchata
  • 10 Slices bread thick cut
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  • Combine eggs, milk, Rumchata, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a flat casserole dish.
  • Melt butter in frying pan on med high.
  • Dip each side of the bread in the milk mixture letting the bread soak up the milk and Rumchata.
  • Place bread in heated frying pan and brown on both sides.
  • Add you favorite topping like butter, maple syrup and/or powdeered sugar

    • Annette – RumChata is a creamy drink that has a vanilla and cinnamon flavor. You can drink it straight(It is very good cold) or mix it with other ingredients. You can find it in most liquor stores.

    In your ingredients it calls for cinnamon, but says nothing about the cinnamon in the directions. What are you suppose to do with the cinnamon?
