Ground Beef Hobo Stew (Great Game Night or Cold Weather Stew!)

Ground Beef Hobo Stew

I am always on the hunt for good stockpile recipes. Recipes that use up some of the food items that I get super cheap from couponing.

And so when I spotted this ❇️ Hobo Stew Recipe I thought it was worth a shot since I recently snagged some V8 juice pretty cheap with coupons and a sale. V8 is actually not something I regularly buy. Many if the ingredients in this stew can be matched with coupons found in the coupon database.  This V8 Deal on Amazon is a great way to stock up!

Even if you are not a huge fan of tomato/vegetable juice straight up this hobo stew recipe is a great use for it. Best of all it tastes delicious with all the ingredients!

Ground Beef Hobo Stew

Ground Beef Hobo Stew

This recipe calls for a nice mix of canned and fresh items as well as some spices and condiments like worcestershire sauce. And while the ingredient list is kind of long the prep is quite easy. And as we head into cooler weather (today's high is in the 60's for me) a nice stew simmering on the stove sounds great to me!
