It is just too hot to bake up a batch of banana bread so when you have bananas that are starting to turn brown whip up a batch of these Banana & Strawberry Popsicles.

This is a classic fruit combination and one of my kids’ favorites. And, because this is a 100% fruit recipe with no added sugar I don’t feel bad about letting my kids have a popsicle for breakfast!

Yes, I let my kids eat popsicles first thing in the morning. Score mommy points!

Ingredients

  • 4 Bananas ripe
  • 2 Cups Strawberries fresh with stems removed

Instructions

  • Place peeled bananas and strawberries into the jar of a blender.
  • Puree fruit mixture.
  • Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze until solid.
  • Unmold, and lick until you get a brain freeze!
