Oven Baked 4 Hour Beef Stew Recipe
1 – 3 lb. beef stew meat
2 onions, sliced (or 1 big onion)
3 stalks celery, sliced
3 potatoes, peeled and diced
4 carrots, peeled and sliced (Feel free to add more carrots)
2 tsp. your favorite seasonings OR plain salt
2 tbsp. flour
1 small can tomato soup (+ 1 can water)
Heat oven to 250 degrees. Spread uncooked stew meat in 10 x 15 inch pan. Spread vegetables over the meat. Mix in seasonings and flour with soup. Pour over the meat and vegetables mixture. Cover tightly with foil, and bake 4 hours at 250 degrees.
