- 4 cups oatmeal old-fashioned rolled
- 2 cups dried cranberries sweetened
- 1 cup honey
- .25 cup canola oil
- 1 cup pecans chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon ground
- 1 orange large
Pre-heat oven to 350°.
Using a zester, zest your orange. Then, cut orange in half, and juice it.
Combine oats, cranberries, honey, oil, pecans, cinnamon, orange zest and orange juice in a large bowl.
Stir well to combine and thoroughly coat the oats with the liquids.
Dump contents of of bowl onto two large rimmed baking sheets.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes or until everything is nicely toasted and golden brown.
Let cool and transfer to an airtight container. Granola can be stored at room temperature for up to 2 weeks (but it won't last that long it is SO tasty)!
