Cranberry Orange Granola

Ingredients

  • 4 cups oatmeal old-fashioned rolled
  • 2 cups dried cranberries sweetened
  • 1 cup honey
  • .25 cup canola oil
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 1 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 1 orange large

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350°.
  • Using a zester, zest your orange. Then, cut orange in half, and juice it.
  • Combine oats, cranberries, honey, oil, pecans, cinnamon, orange zest and orange juice in a large bowl.
  • Stir well to combine and thoroughly coat the oats with the liquids.
  • Dump contents of of bowl onto two large rimmed baking sheets.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes or until everything is nicely toasted and golden brown.
  • Let cool and transfer to an airtight container. Granola can be stored at room temperature for up to 2 weeks (but it won't last that long it is SO tasty)!
