- 1 cup White Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 6 cups Sliced Cucumbers
- 1 cup Sliced Sweet Onions
- 1 cup Sliced Green Bell Pepper
- 2 tsp Celery Seed
- 1 tsp Dried Dill or 1/4 Cup of Fresh Dill Chopped
Place cucumbers, onion, bell pepper, salt and spices in a large bowl or non-reactive container.
In a small saucepan combine the vinegar and sugar and bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Allow to vinegar and sugar mixture to cool to room temperature.
Pour over cucumbers and mix well.
Cover container and place in refrigerator for at least 24 hours before serving.
