RumChata French Toast

Easy to make adult version of French Toast

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup Rumchata
  • 10 Slices bread thick cut
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  • Combine eggs, milk, Rumchata, vanilla, and nutmeg together in a flat casserole dish.
  • Melt butter in frying pan on med high.
  • Dip each side of the bread in the milk mixture letting the bread soak up the milk and Rumchata.
  • Place bread in heated frying pan and brown on both sides.
  • Add you favorite topping like butter, maple syrup and/or powdeered sugar
