- 1 15 Oz. Can Cream Of Coconut stirred
- 1 Lime
- 2 cups Milk
In the jar of a blender, add cream of coconut, milk, and both the juice and zest of the lime.
Blend together really quickly, scraping down the sides as needed.
Pour mixture into your popsicle molds and freeze until solid.
Unmold and enjoy this tropical and refreshing treat!
