  • Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Cut the top of the head or garlic.  Make sure the cut is deep enough to slice off a small part of each clove inside.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the garlic.
  • Place the cut end of the garlic on a on a pice of aluminum foil and wrap the foil around the garlic.
  • Place wrapped garlic on a baking pan and bake for 35 min.
