Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup stick butter 1 stick, softened
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup or light corn syrup
  • 3 cups powdered sugar plus more for kneading
  • 6 Tbs cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup powdered milk
