- 3 lbs beef stew meat
- 2 medium onions sliced
- 3 stalks celery sliced
- 3 medium potatoes peeled and diced
- 4 carrots peeled and sliced (Feel free to add more carrots)
- 2 tsp your favorite seasonings OR plain salt
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 small can tomato soup + 1 can water
Heat oven to 250 degrees.
Spread uncooked stew meat in 10 x 15 inch pan.
Spread vegetables over the meat.
Mix in seasonings and flour with soup and pour over the meat and vegetables mixture.
Cover tightly with foil, and bake 4 hours
