Ingredients

  • 3 lbs beef stew meat
  • 2 medium onions sliced
  • 3 stalks celery sliced
  • 3 medium potatoes peeled and diced
  • 4 carrots peeled and sliced (Feel free to add more carrots)
  • 2 tsp your favorite seasonings OR plain salt
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 small can tomato soup + 1 can water

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 250 degrees.
  • Spread uncooked stew meat in 10 x 15 inch pan.
  • Spread vegetables over the meat.
  • Mix in seasonings and flour with soup and pour over the meat and vegetables mixture.
  • Cover tightly with foil, and bake 4 hours
