Toasted Coconut Martini Recipe

- 6 oz whole milk
- 2.5 oz whipped cream vodka
- 2.5 oz coconut rum
- 2 oz salted caramel vodka
- 1 tbsp ice cream mix
- toasted coconut
- caramel sauce
- 6-8 ice cubes
Rim Martini Glass
Place toasted coconut on plate evenly
Coat the rim of you martini glass with a bead of honey. This will allow the coconut to stick and adds another level of sweetness.
Press the martini glass firmly into the coconut to coat the rim with coconut.
Mix and pour martini
Add ice cubes to shaker.
Add ice cream mix on top of ice cubes. This helps when mixing.
Add milk, whipped cream vodka, coconut rum and salted caramel vodka to shaker.
Shake vigorously 10-15 sec.
Slowly strain martini mix into martini glass. Try not to hit the rim as this will knock off the coconut.
Drizzle the caramel sauce on top
Sprinkle extra toasted coconut on top and serve!
