Pomegranate Martini Recipe
This refreshing martini will make a perfect poolside cocktail on a hot summer day.
This Pomegranate Martini is a rich, red color with a rim of sugar and pomegranate seeds lying at the bottom. The seeds don’t go to waste — they are a sweet treat left at the bottom of the glass when you are finished.
How to make a Pomegranate Martini
Some of the Best Pomegranate Martini recipes are very easy to make, and they can be made all year long because they require only a few ingredients that can be purchased year-round.
Fresh pomegranates are readily available during the fall. During this time, fresh pomegranates will be at a reasonable price, so you can get a couple to make cocktails with and a grab few extra to snack on.
But, just because they are not in season doesn’t mean you can’t purchase them. During the off-season, you can find them in a small container at your local grocery store.
Our favorite brand of juice is the POM brand, and that can also be found in your grocery store all year round.
Fresh lime juice is best in this drink, but don’t think that it is a must — bottled lime juice will do just fine. If you do use fresh lime juice, use a press to get as much juice out as you can without struggling and without the mess. You can purchase the one we use from Amazon.
