3 weeks ago we ordered a washer and dryer from this location, 3 days later we received an email the order was canceled so we came into the store reordered the same items and were told it would be at the store that Thursday or Friday. My husband was out of town for a funeral and when he returned Monday we contacted the store and were told the order was canceled, no explanation why because the salesman didn't understand why it was canceled yet again. So we were told we could reorder and the distribution center would deliver it the next day. We received a call from the driver he was at a location about 15 minutes from us but had the wrong address so we gave him our correct address. After 3 hours we received a call from the store saying it wouldn't be delivered until today because of the incorrect address and we were told we would be 1st on the list. Needless to say we weren't on the list for the time we were given in fact we were told it wouldn't be until tomorrow. We contacted the store and received yet another apology but no help. We went to the store and canceled the order.My husband asked to speak to a manager but they were in a meeting. I completely understand things get delayed but the lack of communication or any thinking out of the box on the stores part is astonishing. If we could receive the merchandise the next day then why couldn't the store receive it or why not at least offer the models you have on the floor? We are currently renovating our home and for 2 days our time was revolved around waiting for a call or delivery. This truly is unexceptable. There really is no excuse, customer service is more than an apology.

Needed help in the patio sectional and couldn't find anyone. Finally found the table and chairs on the shelf about 3 aisle over. Went to get a buggy to haul to check out. Had to go to the parking lot to find one. When I got it inside and loaded the table and chairs the wheels wouldn't turn so I had to go back to the parking lot and get another one and reload. Got it to the check out and the cashier was really nice and helpful. I would give her 5 + stars.

Always have a great supply on hand with a vast variety of items. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is after 5PM on what it seems is everyday, there are very few employees to assist customers. If you are planning on getting anything that needs to be loaded or from locked storage, be prepared to wait a while.

I ordered an item online and received notification the item was ready for pick up. When I called and stopped by the store, I was informed that the item was not in stock. I was sooo disappointed.....UNTIL EM AND THOMAS stepped in!!! They were AWESOME! They took the time to search for, find my purchase and helped load it! I was sooo elated!!! They were both so helpful, kind, knowledgeable and amazing!! You both rock and I hope your managers recognize just how amazing you are! Thank you more than you know!
