We had an extremely frustrating experience with one of the managers'a gentleman named Ed' this evening. Last night we bought a new washer, and it turned out the matching dryer was significantly discounted, as someone had previously bought and returned it. We purchased the discounted dryer, believing it to be electric, after the sales person told us we would need the 220v cord for it. Our receipt showed that we purchased a Samsung electric dryer. We were good to go.When we went to install it this evening, it turned out that the dryer was in fact gas.Ed blamed US for the mistake and nearly refused to refund us. He was extremely rude and dismissive to my husband, and would not honor the price his sales person had given us for the dryer we believed we were buying. Now we'll have to pay an additional $300 that we weren't planning on spending, to replace the dryer that we can't use.Employees Devin and Mia were understanding, kind, and as helpful as they could be, but they were limited in their ability to help, while Ed was aggressive and rude.IMO this issue still is not resolved.

Need more customer service on the floor. I can never find anyone when I need them. Other than that, well laid out and clean store. I am updating my review as of October 27th 2020. I was not aware that when you have something large that needs to be delivered by the Lowe's truck that they charge you for delivery!! So if you are expecting large deliveries that cannot come by FedEx or UPS, be aware that they charge you to use the Lowe's truck even though the ad says free shipping over $45! Lowe's..... Please make sure your customers understand this.

My main place for home improvement needs. Not great but it's good. Customer service can be hit or miss. At times I've been astonished at the professionalism of the staff and their desire to do well. Then there are employees that would suck no matter where they worked.

A very neat and clean and organize business. It is very helpful that you have the free air outside to pump up tires. Thank God because it save me a trip and money. I appreciate that and whoever thought of that idea of putting the air pump outside was great. Especially for all of the contractors in people doing work and utilizing Lowe's for supplies. That was the perfect idea. Also I like the fact that there is a discount for military veterans. That 10% helps out a lot especially when tackling big projects. It helps save money that you can pay someone to help you do your job or to invest more in what you are working on. I feel that Lowe's is a business that is part of the community and takes care of the community. I strongly urge and suggest that you use this business for any building supplies and other things you may need. One good thing is that you can also get wood cut to size that you want and also you can get all the items to custom size. The employees are very nice but probably could work on their knowledge of products, however each Lowe's appears to have a subject matter expert that can point you in the right direction if a certain employee can't help you. Another key point is that they have a return policy so if you buy too much would you can bring the unused / on damaged product back and you can be refunded the amount or you can use it credit towards another purchase or switch out for the same product. You can't beat any of these things there for Lowe's is the best. Thank you
