Very poor service. Apparently it takes four people to check out one customer. One couldn't even come and assist. I needed some wood cut and everyone I tried to ask for help just shrugged me off. I waited in line only to have the rude girl tell me that they won't be cutting it and then walked away. She later came back and rolled her eyes and stared at me. I asked for some assistance to get wood cut and she rudely asked me if it was paid for. I said not yet but... then jumps in and says they won't cut it till it's paid for. Why didn't she say that in the first place? After I paid for the wood I was told someone would be with me to cut it. I waited 20 minutes and three employees walked passed me ignoring me while asking other customers if they wanted help. Finally I saw a young man and yelled down to him asking for help. He kept walking at first and then stopped and checked his watch. He found an African American man to come help us because he didn't want to.Employees desperately need training on how to treat their customers and they also need to learn how to whisper because I heard every word he said. To the young man that came off his break to help me, thank you. You deserve a raise.

Mid management for scheduling is horrible! We've order our Refrigerator in February and it's the end of March. They change it without letting you know. Nor do they call, email or text you if the order is on the way or not. Not saying this is all the time. But it sure has been for us. In store buy is perhaps the way to go, but some don't have the luxuriously to do so. If they need more help. Hire them! Just disappointed at a store that I love going to.

The staff are very helpful. An employee named Trevor went out of his way to help. Great job.

All the employees in this store look very miserable. I wonder what's up with that?
