I purchased the whirlpool washing machine, stove, dryer, and refrigerator back right before the pandemic on 9/4/2019. I purchased the extended 3 year warranty with each item too. I have the receipt to prove it too. My washing machine has messed up 3x since I purchased it. The warranty people have come out and fixed it for the same reasons each time and now this time in March 2022 it messed up again and they told me the system/circuit board has went out on it and they would have to order another one and it would take 3 weeks to get here. I called them after 3 weeks they told me it could be another 5 to 8 weeks to get here, but that's not guaranteed because it's on back order. Lowe's has gave me the runaround about a buyout. Now it's been 8 weeks that I have not had a washing machine. The warranty place today me today that they still don't have the part and that it's still on back order and have no clue when it will come in. Lowe's has promise me someone will call me back in 4-7 days, then 2 day, then the next day, but nobody will ever call you back from Lowe's. I have spent over six hours just this week on hold trying to speak to someone. I finally got to speak to someone on Friday and she sent me an email where I filled out questions about my washer. I answered everything and even attached my receipt to the email. Saturday I received a call from a very rude lady named Linda. She first tried to tell me my warranty had expired. I purchased it 9/4/2019. So NO it hasn't. She argued with me about that. Then she changed her whole story and said that I didn't purchase a warranty and it's clear on the receipt that I did. She continued to raise her voice and talk over me and would not let me even speak. I ended the call, because of how rude she was being and my kids we're getting upset that I was upset. I have 4 small children and I'm having to go to the laundromat and spend out even more money to do my laundry. This has been the worst customer service I've experienced.

This location normally has very friendly and helpful associates. They sometimes need some pushing to help outside their areas but when they get going they do their best.

I needed help finding items to remodel my bathroom with. The sweetest young lady, named Nicole, helped me find everything and she didn't even work in that department! She took her time and went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciate that! It's hard to find good help these days, I'd say Lowes found a jewel!

Always have what I need. At good prices. Service is also great.

Got lumber and a couple of other things. Mid morning on a pretty Friday. A few people but not crowded. Got what I needed and out quickly.
