    Good selection of home improvement supplies but often the employees lack the knowledge to help with determining what products you need when dealing with older parts.I have bought a dishwasher and a washer and dryer from this Lowes. The dishwasher got lost during shipping and it was 3 months of back and forth before it was finally delivered. The washer and dryer was delivered right on time. My advice is to be proactive about checking on the delivery status of your orders and not to assume that they will arrive on time.

    I called 3 different lowes to find my paint base, as I needed another gallon. Kim in the paint department was so kind and helpful and even mixed my paint for me and had it waiting at the counter because it was close to closing. He took the time to compare the lid of my old gallon to verify it was the exact same and it turned out beautifully. He is awesome and I super appreciated it. And yes, it was a perfect match!

    The worst customer experience I have ever had in my entire life and the experience is still going. My wife and I are trying to replace the carpet with some vinyl in our first home in preparations for our first child. We had someone come out and do the measurement which was fine and we didn't have an issue with that. The problems started when we didn't hear back about the quote for a couple of days past the day they said they would call us. No one picked up. I called again and someone did pick up and transferred me to flooring and didn't get an answer. I called back again and the same person told me flooring was on lunch and they would get back to us. When I heard back we were able to schedule an appointment. We arrived fifteen minutes early and apologized for doing so and the flooring person looked at us like we were crazy. She said that there's no way I have an appointment now. She looks at her schedule and said oh I guess I did book the appointment, mind you she was the one that scheduled the appointment just 6 hours prior. Her excuse was her appointment that was scheduled an hour before randomly showed up and couldn't see us. Not really sure why the people that showed up early to the appointment should reschedule and not the people that showed up late. After all that we decided to not reschedule with Lowe's to have them install our floors from the appalling customer service. We did however had to continue with ordering flooring from them as the product that was already in our home was only available at Lowe's and we wanted it to match. Our new contractor ordered the materials and was told it was ready for him. When he showed they told him it wasn't there and it would be there the following day. He went the next day and it wasn't there either. After seeing on the website that a different Lowe's location had the product in stock he kindly went to a different location and they said that it wasn't there and so he ordered them to that location. The person helping him told him that it would be there the next day. Our contractor went back and the order was for the wrong product. Our floors had already been prepped after painting and now it's been 4 days past when he was originally told that the product would be available. Now we're being told by Lowe's they will order us the product we need and will hold them for us but not for the price that we originally ordered them for as it is no longer on sale. I would like to be hopeful that we can at least get our product, even at the increased price, but after the worst customer experience and customer service I have ever received from any establishment I doubt that our floors will arrive before our baby is due. If the flooring wasn't a Lowe's exclusive I would have taken my business elsewhere without batting an eye. Once I get my product, if I ever get my product, I will never do business with Lowe's again because on top of the terrible service, not one single person has apologized, taken accountability, or tried to right their wrongs. For all of you new homeowners trying to do renovations on your homes, I highly recommend going to your local contractors and purchasing your supplies elsewhere. You'll save money and have a way better experience I'm sure of it, I've done the research.
