I went in for LED light switches since I was changing over my whole house to LED lights to save money. I went in and found that they only had 2 switches left. They are $69 a piece. You'd think they'd keep these in stock. I've made several trips on different days over two weeks to find none were refilled. A lot of items I find are not in stock as well. I finally went to the Home Depot website (while at Lowe's) and found that they were in stock, how many, and what aisle they were on as well. Even what part of the aisle. I went there and sure enough, they were there. I ended up buying over $500 in light switches and switch frames. (LED programmable switches are expensive). Lowe's missed out on a big sale. I still don't have all that I need but I was told they would be restocked by next week. With all my previous great experiences with Home Depot, I'm sure they will be. I don't know why I keep going to Lowe's. I think that was my final trip.(Picture is is two of the remote switches bought at Home Depot, that Lowe's didn't have.

Always very welcoming and super helpful but not overly so or in a pressuring sense. They pretty much rock always. Thanks guys!

This used to be a 5 star review, however this location is now nearly useless. After the redesign no one knows where anything is, staff are clueless, the app is wrong and no one can tell me where obvious stuff is. For example: plumbers putty isn't near anything related to caulking or plumbing. Isle numbers are wrong compared to the app, there is rarely more than 2 cashier's up front, doing their level best, with long lines. It's worth your time to avoid the store, order online for store pickup and get a member of staff to walk around locating the unfindable.
