For such a new location it has already become extremely filthy. I made multiple visits today with each being a drag. The parking lot was full of carts and overflowing cart returns, blocked parking spots galore...inside...was a real pleasure to navigate. 2 foot in diameter puddles marked left for hours, I watched guests slip while trying to shop for produce. Employees starring at butts nearly walking into my cart(ultra classy). I have to actually stop myself here, there is too much. The entire store needs training, this was the most disappointing trip/trips to a Fry's i have ever had.

I love when you enter the store and there's fruit, bakery. It's not hidden. Alcohol, frozen foods, cheeses, meats, and all your pantry needs. Clothing off to one side, good idea. Employees are so friendly, carrying an enjoyable conversation. Carryout lady, goes above and beyond her duties. Wonderful to see Employees happy that you stopped by for a visit. Just what queen Creek needed a Fry's food store. I will definitely be back for a visit, to see my new family of friends.

This Fry's Marketplace is beautiful, clean and friendly. Why did I not give it a five star review? Well here's why, I go to the pharmacy to get a prescription transferred from another Fry's and the pharmacist (very nice man mind you) tells me that it will be about 5-10 minutes to transfer my profile and fill my prescription so I do what other customer do, I shop for an item. The next thing I know there is a very tall man looking like he's shopping a few feet away from me. It took me a minute to find what I wanted, apparently it took him a while too, but I found my item, went back to the pharmacy and waited for my meds. Guess who needed something at the pharmacy too? Tall man came and sat right down, didn't go to the pharmacy counter, but sat down a few chairs from me! He waited, I waited, he waited as I waited and the nice pharmacist called my name, I paid for my items and got my prescription and as I walked by (their loss prevention man) I said 'Not very subtle are you' and walked to my car smh! What did I do to attract their attention, was it my shoes, was it the clothes, my hair, my Fanny pack? Oh I know, it was something that I couldn't take off'.the color of my skin. So sad!

I want to love this store, but the deli ruins it. Several attempts at getting service have been disappointing. I understand being short staffed, but they are slow AND rude, which is a bad combination. A simple sign stating we had to close early would suffice to let people know not to stand there waiting only to be ignored by people standing in the deli. I hope they get it together because I'd love to shop here.

HUGE. Fry's has turned grocery shopping into a destination. Love it. WIDE aisles. Lots of prepared foods if you're into convenience and not so much into cooking. Folks were lined up at the inside Starbucks. Great Fry's prices. Very good fresh meats selection'beef, pork, chicken. A great cheese department; sizeable liquor department; very good seafood selection'fresh and frozen. Large deli. Vegetarians and vegans should also be pleased with the selections. The staff was friendly. The experience was good.
