Nice selection and some outdoor seating. For some reason it's hard to find outdoor seating in Phoenix but this place had just what I needed. Beer was great, staff was super helpful and I will return.

Thus far I've had two incidents at this store where, despite the mandate, people have walked around without masks on. Employees do nothing about it'in fact some of them do not wear them, and they pointedly ignore it. Today when I told a woman, wearing a mask around her chin, she should put it on, she turned and yelled at me, called me rude, and said she had a medical condition. 1) why do you have a mask in the first place, faker? And 2) then order from home.I will not be shopping at this store again. I cannot risk getting my parents or anyone close to me sick because of anyone ignorance or idiocy.EDIT: a year later! This store has actually gotten worse, but not because of masking (which is a problem but I've come to accept Arizona for what it is). They're are continually short-staffed, and most of the staff they do have are some of the laziest and rudest. For the last several months I've had to bag my groceries and sometimes spend lengthy time waiting in line because there aren't enough cashiers (and I won't do my weekly grocery haul at a tiny self-serve kiosk). Am I getting a discount because I'm bagging, am I being paid by Fry's to cash myself out? No. And yet they have a huge hiring sign, and signs plastered throughout the store, begging for help. It's simple. If you can't find good people with the wages, benefits, or hours you're offering, offer what they're asking for. Otherwise deal with progressively more problems and angrier customers.

I'm rating a bad customer service experience at this fry's. I went in to send money to another country and the lady that assisted me was Amy. I told her money order and apologized and corrected myself and told her I wanted to send money to another country. She acted very rude and very annoyed. To be honest if you are working in customer service you are getting paid to help out customers not give them attitude. When it came to her returning my I.D. She tossed it on the counter rather than handing it to me. She was was not being professional and lacked kindness. Perhaps they may need training in providing better customer service. Not seeking help from that lady
