The redhead at the self checkout station likes to insult customers. I'm sorry I didn't see your scribbled sign that said no cash/cashback. Do your job and remedy the situation. Don't belittle the customer by saying things like 'do you not know what the word dispense means???''uhhh yeah I did your job for 10 years. Be quiet, and give the customer his cashback as he requested, that's all you have to do. We don't need your input or snark. You reap what you sow. I went and spoke with the store manager who blamed it on Covid. Covid is no excuse for your employee to belittle customers. She started crying in the middle of the self checkout as if I did something to her. She should probably not be working in public if she's that mentally unstable.

Best value grocery store in town. Overall this store has pretty much everything you need so you don't have to go to multiple places maybe one other store. I get the bulk of groceries here as I find my dollars go the furthest.

Not happy. We stopped by Frys and picked up some groceries. After getting home we discovered one of our items was missing. We called the store and they checked with the checkout person and yep, out item was still there. They took it to customer service for safe keeping and said we could come get it. My wife drove back the to store and waited at the customer service counter. The customer service person gave the item to her, but no apology, nothing. Very poor customer service! 1st the area should have been quickly checked before the next customer and they could have gotten our attention before we left the store. At customer service they could at least eek out a meager apology. Better yet, have something simple as a coupon or something as a token of appreciation for shopping there. Having both worked in grocery stores and customer service I expected something better. Mistakes happen , no biggie, but acknowledge your customers if and when needed.

The pharmacy at FRYS FOUNTAIN HILLS IS EXCELLENT FOR SERVICE AND STAFF. THE SMALLER SIZE OF THIS STORE ALLOWS A MORE PERSONAL QUALITY TO THE SERVICES THE STAFF OFFERS.THE STORE SMALLER SIZE MAY LIMIT SOME OF THE MERCHANDISE but that is not important to me.
