I will never use this Pharmacy ever again. I experienced horrible customer service from them, and they wouldn't even meet half-way on an issue where they failed to communicate clearly. Emily the Manager was very rude, interrupting me repeatedly, not letting me tell my side of the story. When I persisted, it sounded like she just put the phone down and picked it up later when she thought I was done. That's their version of "customer service"... NEVER AGAIN! Filed a BBB Complaint as well.

Went to CVS inside Schnucks at Lake St. Louis because they have sign posted stating NOW ACCEPTING WALK-INS for Covid vaccination Shots. After driving 20 miles, entered, verified sign current & still posted, asked for a Covid vaccination, the clerk looked at JR and said we're mot doing that anymore.

Website said they where open at 6am. Went there and they were still closed. Looks like you need to get someone that knows how to update your website. Time to change pharmacy. Have. It been impressed with the unfriendly staff at CVS anyway

Horrible customer service. Wouldn't even try to fix my bill. I have insurance and they wouldn't even try to help me.

Systematic processes fail, seems to be a known issue, but no one cares to fix it. So calls indicating scripts are ready do not happen, no one can pick up the phone I suppose and handle this if the system fails?
