I have been trying to get them to refill my prescription. There were some insurance issues, but that's on me, I gave them the incorrect information at first. No, the problem is I have spent 4 hours of my short time on this planet earth on hold with the CVS, waiting for someone, anyone to answer my questions. If I go in person that is another hour of my time with the line waits and the time it takes to walk there. Today, they are apparently 'temporarily closed' so I can't talk to them at all and make sure my insurance went through. I called Parvin's pharmacy and got an answer within 30 seconds. I'm transferring my prescription. Awful, awful customer service.

My experience at the pharmacy has been quite positive. They refill on time, and send notifications. Whenever there is a problem, the staff are courteous and helpful. I have been with them for 10 years.

They don't refill enough medications. This happened several times from lack of days up to 1 week of supply. No matter it is blood pressure medication for my mom or liquid antibiotics for my son. You have to ask them to recount. This is really unbelievable!

I would post zero if I could. Every time I go there is a problem with my prescription. It's either the wrong medicine, they text you saying it's filled when it's not, they don't have the meds. Immediately after knee surgery I had to go to get pain meds. I'm on crutches and they made zero effort to expedite my prescription knowing I just came from the hospital. Stop greeting me at the door like you give good service when you don't.
