3 tablespoons, chili sauce, 3 tabelspoons honey, 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce (will post recipe on how to make low sodium one), and pork loin or pork chops

Preheat oven to 350. In a small bowl, combine the chili sauce, honey, and soy sauce. Brush on both sides of the pork, place on baking sheet and cook about 20 minutes on each side. You might want to brush another coat when you turn over.

This is the recipe for the Soy Sauce Substitute:
2 T Sodium Free Beef Bouillon
2 t Red Wine Vinegar
1 t Molasses
1/8 t Ground Ginger
ds Black Pepper
ds Garlic Powder
3/4 c Water

In small sauce pan, combine and boil gently uncovered about 5 minutes or til mixture is reduced to 1/2 cup. Store in refrigerator. Stir before using.

I use home made broth in place of the bouillon and water.

This is the recipe for the chili sauce:
1 cn No Salt Added Tomatoes
1 cn No Salt Added Tomato Sauce
1/2 c Onion,Chopped
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Celery,Chopped
1.2 c Green Pepper,Chopped
1 T Lemon Juice
1 T Brown Sugar
1 T Molasses
1/4 t Hot Pepper Sauce
1/8 t Cloves
1/8 t Cinnamon
1/8 t Black Pepper
1/8 t Basil
1/8 t Tarragon
1/2 c Cider Vinegar

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered 1 1/2 hours or until mixture is reduced to 1/2 original volume.
