Super Easy Cake Mix Cookies

Seems like this is perfect for a couponer . . .

Cake Mix Cookies
(makes 3 dozen)

1 cake mix (standard size, any flavor)
1/2 cup veg oil
2 eggs
(can add nuts or choc chips if you want)

Pour cake mix in bowl. Break up large chunks with spoon. Add oil and egg. Stir until incorporated.

Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.

They look wrinkly when baked so you may want to ice them.

I like the spice cake mix with a cream cheese icing. yummy. Or today I am making chocolate cake mix with choc chips and pink icing for valentine's day. =)

BTW, great recipe for a kid to help with too!

This is my go to recipe. Just made it last night for valentine's parties. I used cherry chip cake mix.

i just made Duncan Hines coconut cake mix cookies, I used 1 stick very soft butter instead of the oil. I rolled them into little balls, the size of a quarter. They did not come out so "crinkly" on top like they usually do. Notice, they look a little raw after only 10 min, let them sit for 5 min or so before you move them from the cookie sheet. They will firm up.
