I made a double batch of them. The original recipe says it should make 16, but I only got 10 of my batch. We had five for dinner the rest are going in the freezer for a meal two weeks from now (I do this often make double batches and freeze the rest).

Southwest Roll-Ups

2 Cans Of Refried Beans
1/2 Cup Salsa Or Taco Sauce (I like the taco sauce better)
2-4 Cups Of Cooked Chicken (I used 3 Large Chicken Breasts)
2 Cups Of Shredded Cheddar Or Mexican Blend Cheese

Mix together beans, salsa, and chicken. Spread 1/8 (or more if you have big eaters like I do) of mixture onto one tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll up and turn ends under. Bake in casserole dish at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

I added a little more taco sauce to the top but it was still a little dry for me. Next time I plan to add more taco sauce to the mixture.
