Crockpot Slow Cooker Recipe: Chuck Roast



3-4 lb. chuck roast, cut in large chunks if you wish
(I do try to remove all the really large chunks of fat.)
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/3 - 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
1/2 envelope of dry onion soup mix
pinch of rosemary

I mix all the "sauce" ingredients and pour over the top of the meat, maybe give it a quick stir/toss. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.

When I get home, I might siphon off the grease which has risen to the top and stir a time or two until ready for dinner.

Experiment by throwing in some chunked up potatoes and carrots also at the beginning. Depends upon if you mind them tasting like the "sauce".
