1/2 gallon Chocolate Ice Cream
1/2 gallon Reese's Ice Cream
1 package chocolate sandwich cookies with fudge filling
1/2 stick melted butter
1 jar hot fudge topping
Reese's Peanut Butter cups

In a 9x13 dish, spread the chocolate ice cream. Put in freezer. Chop the cookies in the food processor until crumbly. In a bowl, mix the cookie crumbs with the melted butter. Press this mixture onto the ice cream. Put back in the freezer for a few minutes. Pour the fudge topping over the cookies, freeze. Spread the Reese's ice cream on top. Sprinkle chopped up Reese's cups over the top of that. Freeze until ready to serve.

To "spread" the ice cream, I take it out of the container and cut it into slices. I put them in the pan and press them together.

This is very rich, but very good! And it works with all different flavors of ice cream!

Oh! this sounds soooo good! Do you add the melted butter to the cookie crumbs to keep them from getting soggy?

The butter in the cookie crumbs helps them hold together, more like a crust.
