Oat Bran Bread

Dry ingredients:
1 ½ cup oat bran
½ cup wheat bran
½ cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 – 2 tablespoon loose brown sugar

Wet ingredients:
1 ¾ cup non-fat milk
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 whole egg or 2 egg whites, lightly beaten with fork
1 tbsp oil

Mix dry ingredients thoroughly. In separate bowl mix wet ingredients (more milk gives a more cake-like bread). Mix wet and dry ingredients together and pour into 7 x 11 inch pan prepared with PAM. Bake at 425 for 25-30 minutes, until golden.
