Microwave Hamburger Stroganoff

1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon instant minced onion
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
¾ cup milk
1 can (4 ounces) mushrooms, drained
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon garlic salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 cup sour cream

Crumble ground beef into 2-quart casserole. Add minced onion. Microwave at HIGH 4 – 5 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink, stirring to break apart after half the time. Drain; break up meat.

Stir in soup, milk, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, garlic slt and pepper; cover. Microwave on HIGH 5 – 6 minutes, or until hot and bubbly, stirring after half the time. Blend in sour cream; cover. Microwave at HIGH 1 minute, or until heated. Serve over rice or noodles if desired.
