Low Sodium Brown Gravy

I make two batches of brown gravy. So, I used 6 tablespoons of the mixture in the below recipes and then 3 cups of beef broth in place of the water. I don't use the boullion like the recipe calls for. Recipe below:
1 2/3 c Cornstarch
6 T Low Sodium Beef Bouillon
4 t Instant Coffee Crystals
2 t Onion Powder
1 t Garlic Powder
1/2 t Black Pepper
1/2 t Paprika


Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container. To make gravy, measure 3 tablespoons mix into a saucepan. Add 1 1/2 cups water. Bring to a boil and simmer 1 minute.

I don't use the coffee crystals. I just use some Kitchen Boquet instead.

I also use home made broth instead of the Boullion. I also substitute the water for homemade broth.
