I coat boneless chicken breasts with it, stab it to death so it will soak in. I then will mix a pouch of dry ranch dressing mix with about 2-3 cups finely crushed corn flakes and about 1/2c parm cheese. I dredge the chicken (still with some of the dressing on it) in the coating and bake for about 30 minutes on 350F. Oh, I also drizzle butter on top. Yummy and moist!

you can also take 3pts italian dressing to 1pt honey and marinate chicken pieces in it. Stab it it death to get it all soaked in and let marinate over night in frig. Then grill the chicken. Actually tastes best on thighs.

Ranch Dressing and sometimes blue cheese can be subsituted for mayo in many salad-ish recipes.
Potato salad, macaroni salad, tunafish (like for sandwiches).

Just be sure to test it to taste, don't just sub for mayo and add all your other usual spices.

Ranch also tends to work well instead of mayo on regualr sandwiches too.

Blue cheese with anything chicken and deep fried/breaded.
