This is "the way I make it for my family. They love it! I've also used tilapia fillets instead of chicken, so that I could have some too!!"

KELLY'S CHICKEN RONDELE

2 lbs. Boneless chicken breasts (pounded thin)
1 large package Rondele Cheese Garlic & Herb flavor
2 eggs, whisked
1 stick butter (or more to your liking), melted
garlic powder to taste
seasoned breadcrumbs

Pound chicken breasts between two pieces of waxed paper. They should be about 1/4 inch thick so you can roll them. Wash and pat dry.

Lay breasts on counter and spread Rondele cheese on each one. Don't worry about the cheese coming out. That's okay.

Roll the breasts up, starting at the short ends. Dip into the egg and then roll in the crumbs. Take the melted butter sprinkled with garlic powder and drizzle over the top of the chicken to moisten. I always use more than 2 sticks because I love when the cheese oozes into the butter while baking and it makes a great sauce! Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes you will notice with top is golden brown! This is so good and also elegant looking. It looks like you really worked hard on it, but it is so easy!
