Well, the people that run the company my husband works for decided to change things. So, they reassigned which of the 20 stores are "his". Now, his closest store is an hour away from home. So, he'll be getting home later every day.

Last night we had chicken fried rice.
Tonight dinner will be frozen pizza.
Last night hubby and I had cauliflower-crust pizza from Pie 5 Pizza, as a low sodium option. We used olive oil and garlic instead of marinara on it. Put mozzarella cheese on it as it is the lesser of cheese evils, then chose to add veggies.
