This one's easy! It just takes 3 ingredients!

4 Potatoes (I use whatever I have, but mostly Idaho)
1 stick of butter or margarine
Sea Salt to taste

Preheat your oven to 400. While it's pre-heating, melt a stick of butter or margarine on a cookie sheet (the kind with sides!!).
When it's melted, take the cookie sheet out of the oven and carefully pour the melted margarine into a small bowl, leaving enough to coat the sheet.
Now, take 4 potatoes, and cut them in half, lengthwise.
Put them, cut side down on the cookie sheet.
Now, pour the melted margarine on top of each potato half.
Sprinkle them with sea salt.
Bake them for about an hour (adjust the time if you need to...depending on the size of the potatoes)
The bottom should be golden brown, and crisp like a big potato chip. The inside will be soft like a baked potato. We love them!
