Grilled Salmon Steaks

¼ cup fresh tarragon, chopped
4 tsp olive oil
4 salmon steaks, 1-inch thick
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Mix the tarragon and oil together. Spread the mixture on both sides of the salmon, then salt and pepper each side. Let rest in this marinade for 30 minutes.

Grill, allowing 5 minutes per side per 1-inch thickness. Steaks are done when they flake with a fork.
