Recipes - Super Simple Girlfriend's Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip with Variations + Easy to change to Soup or pasta sauce!

From my good friend:

1 8oz package Frozen Chopped Spinach (thaw in microwave but don't drain)
1 Jar Marinated Artichoke Hearts (in brine, not in water and don't drain)
1 8oz Brick Cream Cheese (Reduced Fat is fine, but non-fat is not)
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese (I used a blend of Parmesan, Asiago, and Romano)
1 Heaping tsp garlic salt
1 Heaping tsp ground black pepper

Dump everything into a small dip sized Crock-pot and cook on low for 2 hours. Mix well and serve with chips or sliced bread or veggies.....

1st Variation*: Replace Artichoke Hearts with an 8oz container of sliced mushrooms.

2nd Variation*: Add chopped jalapenos or green chile to your liking.

Pasta Sauce Variation*: Thin dip with about 1/2 Cup milk (fat free or reduced fat is fine). Stir well. Serve over pasta or spaghetti squash.

Soup Variation*: Thin dip with about 3 cups Chicken Stock. Stir well. Feel free to add more stock to your liking.

*I have made ALL of these variations! DELICIOUS!
