Frozen meat freezer had chicken leg quarters $2.99 for 10lb originally $9.99 (bottom shelf).

Clearance in diet/diabetic drinks, some Ibotta on Muscle Milk, mostly all gone here already.

Shelf tags by the Graham crackers for Smores bundle - Honey Maid Graham crackers plus Kraft Jet-Puffed plus Hershey 6pk = $7, and $1/3 TP x 12/31/20 so should make it $6.

Found the chicken at our store today. It must be a corporate price.

Saw an out-of-town vlogger had found some for the same price at our other Kroger store on Monday, so I figured sure I'd be out of luck. With Covid-19 we're going out a lot less often. They didn't have any at that store, but FM had it. :)

There's a $2.00/1 digital Colgate Mouthwash coupon that teams with the mega sale. Our store had two varieties. The large bottles of Pro-Shield (retail $5.49) and the large bottles of Optic White (Retail $7.49) -- both come down to $1.99 a/c.

@iwik, did you get an e-mail about this promotion that @Jorainna posted about? Seven Day Treasure Savings

I'm STILL not getting my Fred Meyer e-mails and am trying to figure out if I've been cut off again or not. All the boxes are checked so I'm supposed to be receiving ALL e-mails, but ...

I spoke with a representative at the Kroger West Virginia call center a couple weeks ago on a different matter and he told me they were just trying to get caught up. However, with Kroger starting mega sales and promotions again, it seems like they should be caught up enough to send me e-mails again.

I'm terrified they've got me back in the same boat was when I did NOT receive any e-mails during 2013 through 2016 again! That was such a MESS! I didn't think we'd EVER get it straightened out.

No, I didn't get that email, must be regional.
Does it make any difference if you change your primary store? FM vs the other store you have there?

Found the Core Organic Hydration ($2) at FM $2.50 Ibotta
and the Bai Zambia Bing Cherry (3/$5) at FM $1.99 Ibotta
    so both mm

Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ or Dipping Sauce 10/$10.00
    inserts coming 5/17/20 SS
I got a $1/1 no sugar added BBQ sauce but FM didn't have it.
also got a $1.50/2 marinade, wing, dipping or hot sauce
    and a $1/3 BBQ sauce

    Sheets and towels bogo
Towels were $5.99+ so $3 each which is a good price
Twin sheets $7.99 I think so basically $4 each, flat sheets are nice for sewing products, making curtains, masks etc

No, I hadn't made ANY changes to my account when this thing struck again. Everything seemed to be going along fine and I wasn't doing anything differently than I had been since February 2017 when I finally started getting e-mails regularly again.

I've come up with a few different theories, but have no idea if any of them hold water since everything seemed to happen at once.

First, COVID-19 really started to get serious in the end of February and that is when my e-mails stopped. That is what I have been blaming up until now.

Second, when I went back to check dates on the last total fiasco, I noticed I started complaining about problems with my account in March of 2013. For me to notice then, I'm wondering if my problems started in February of 2013 and I started getting frustrated by March.

Not positive on that. It could have started much earlier, but I'm trying to think outside the box. February seems to be a consistent theme running through my records. I didn't expect the problem to continue for a decade or I would have kept a diary.

That problem wasn't resolved until February of 2017 -- when I finally started getting e-mails again. I know -- out of TOTAL frustration at years of getting the runaround -- I wrote the Kroger CEO Rodney McMullen shortly before that. I've always thought perhaps that was what finally fixed the problem.

However, they also started up the Fred Meyer My Magazine Sample program about the same time. They offered me the chance to join and I was so thrilled to get an e-mail from Fred Meyer again that I accepted.

Started getting those e-mails in February of 2017, as well. I've sometimes wondered if joining that program was what finally resolved the e-mail issue. Who knows?

The My Magazine program was discontinued this past summer in July 2019. Now I'm wondering if once February 2020 rolled around, the fact that My Magazine wasn't involved could have something to do with me getting cut off again.

Then Kroger made a completely bone-headed move and announced it was closing the Smith's store an hour away in February 2020. They had an PRIME location, but claimed since they'd just remodeled that Fred Meyer store people should simply start shopping that store.

I think they underestimated the loyal following Smith's has in this region. A lot of people quit shopping Kroger entirely and simply started shopping at the WinCo superstore that is right across the street from the Smith's store that closed. That city has also got two Walmarts and a Sam's Club which many former Smith's shoppers are now frequenting.

I saw a post from a vlogger last week. She drove an hour to our tiny Smith's store here to shop, even though she has a Fred Meyer store there. She never talks about shopping FM on her videos. When they closed her Smith's store, she knew almost nothing about FM, even though the store had been there for years/decades.

Basically, Kroger just handed a bunch of loyal Smith's shoppers to the competition. The closure made NO SENSE -- especially right in the midst of all the COVID-19 panic buying!

So, could that have anything to do with my e-mails getting cut off? I don't know.

You've got QFC and Fred Meyer there and it doesn't seem to present a conflict. I don't understand why it should cause a problem here. Fred Meyer bought QFC and Smith's at about the same time -- right before Kroger bought FM and got all three chains in the acquisition.

When I spoke to a Kroger rep in West Virginia a couple weeks ago, he seemed surprised at all the Kroger chains we've shopped in the past. Apparently, they are listed somewhere in our files.

However, Kroger certainly can't want us to shop at competing stores when we travel, can it? It is still money in Kroger's pocket when we shop ANY Kroger affiliate and since I know the brands and store floor plans, shopping Kroger in other states is very convenient.

None of those previous shopping trips disrupted our e-mails between February 2017 and February 2020 -- and we've shopped a lot of different Kroger affiliates during those years. They are more than happy to accept our FM loyalty card at any Kroger affiliate store and the computer recognizes us without problems.

We're out-of-town at most only a few weeks a year and the majority of months we shop at our local Kroger affiliates, not the out-of-state ones. When my mother was alive, I shopped at FM in Oregon and Washington for a few weeks when I'd care for/visit her, but it was still FM not some other Kroger affiliate and my husband was shopping FM here while I was gone. We don't all live in a pigeon-hole. :p

Since COVID-19 we haven't even been outside our county to shop any other Kroger stores than the two we have here. Normally, we'd do a bit of travel around the region and might shop Smith's or Fred Meyer in other cities, but not this year.

When I had the problem several years ago I managed to speak to someone in the FM office in Portland. He turned out to be the head of Fred Meyer Jewelers. I told him I was willing to get ANY and ALL e-mails from Kroger that they wanted to send. He put me on the mailing list for FM Jewelers and I've gotten those e-mails ever since.

I can only conclude that FM Jewelers must be a corporation separate from the grocery/variety stores. Because those e-mails started arriving as soon as I spoke with the man -- and have come regularly ever since.

Then when they discontinued the My Magazine program last July, I got an August e-mail offering me Fred Meyer meal planning e-mails. I think they were kind of supposed to be a replacement.

Strangely enough, those continue to arrive along with my Fred Meyer Jewelers e-mails. I just haven't gotten any of the regular communications from Fred Meyer since February 2020.

When I've contacted Kroger in the past they've had me go into my account, unsubscribe from all e-mails and log out. Then log back into my account and re-subscribe to all the e-mails again. That triggers another eight to 10 e-mails confirming that I've made changes to may account and then I've had to add those to an already overloaded file so I can keep track of when I last did it.

When that didn't work, technicians tried to blame my e-mail provider, claiming it must be blocking e-mails from Kroger. However, as I've repeatedly pointed out, IF my provider was blocking e-mails why do I continue to get FM Jewelers e-mails and confirmations that I've made changes to my account? This time around I'm also getting meal planning e-mails.

I know IF I'm ever able to get my e-mails restored again, I'm going to cringe each year when the month of February rolls around. That month seems to be a disaster when it comes to Kroger!

We moved more than a year ago and when I go to the ads page the location still defaults to my old zip code (I can't seem to change it), but the digital coupons page defaults to my new location. So that tells me there are at least 2 locations stored, possibly in cookies, but mine are both FM ones.
ETA - realized the ads page has the zip code stored in my bookmarked url - fixed that...
My pick-up location is right now, not Idaho anymore, so there may well have been a glitch a while back.
You could try going into cookies and deleting all the FM/Smiths/Kroger ones? They could be providing conflicting info. Not sure it would help, but might be worth a shot.

I had a 50c/1 'Savings for You' e-Q for flavored Idahoan, there were several varieties marked down to 4/$2.48 (62c each).
    e-Q x 5/20/20 (tomorrow).

The potatoes weren't marked down at our store, but I had forgotten about the coupon. We've got instant potatoes in our stockpile, but with the way things are going right now it still wasn't a bad thing to have one more package on hand. Thanks for the reminder!

Seeing a few signs that inflation is kicking in like it did in the 1970s -- pretty much like I've suspected would happen. Not a huge deal yet, but I made a list for last Friday and Chobani four-packs were $3.79 (the ones on B1G1 this week).

I ended up finding Noosa on markdown elsewhere instead, so didn't buy the Chobani that day. Today when we finally got around to buying it was up to $3.99.
