Recipes - Tried & True Dorito Taco Casserole

Dorrito Casserole

1 lb ground beef (cooked, drained)
2 TBSP taco seasoning
1 (13 ounce) bag Doritos (crunched)
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 ounce) can rotel original (drained)
8 ounces velveeta cheese (cut up into little pieces)


Start by cooking the ground beef with taco seasoning and then drain. (I usually add diced onions to this mixture)
In a small bowl mix the soups, and the rotel.
In a 8 x 8 pan, pour half the beef mixture, then half the soup mixture, half the doritos (crushed), and top with half the velveeta cheese. Repeat with the other half.
Bake at 350 for 25 mins with aluminim foil. Then bake another 5 minutes without the aluminim foil.
