Corn Bread

1 cup cornmeal
1 cup flour
2 tablespoon brown suar
1 teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs, beaten
¼ cup oil
1 ½ cup sour milk

Combine flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, and cornmeal. Combine oil, sugar and eggs in separate bowl. Add sour milk to oil mixture and combine all with dry ingredients. Beat with spoon only until smooth. Pour into a greased/oiled 11x7-inch pain. Bake 425-degree F 25-30 minutes.
