Chocolate Hay Stacks- No bake!!!

1 package Baker's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate
1 cup butterscotch chips
2 cups chow mein noodles
1 cup salted peanuts
1 cup miniature marshmallows

Directions:
MICROWAVE chocolate and butterscotch chips in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring halfway through heating time. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in noodles, peanuts and marshmallows until completely covered with chocolate mixture.

DROP by tablespoonfuls onto wax paper-lined tray. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.

YUMMMM!! I only ever make these at Christmas time. I have never made them with marshmallows though before! I'm going to try it!:biggrin:

I make something similar to these also every XMas, but my recipe doesn't have the marshmallows and is called Fujii Mounds. These sound good.

The marshmallows do sound like a yummy addition!!

My haystacks are similar, but they use crunchy potato sticks instead of chow mein noodles, and coarsely chopped cashews instead of peanuts... I LOVE the salty, crunchy flavor added by the potato sticks!
