Mod Of The Month July 2011
This was a hit with my family and my book club friends!
(This recipe makes enough to top 1 snack size or 8x8 pan size of boxed/pouch brownie mix)
2T butter, at room temperature
1 1/2 oz cream cheese, softened (reduced fat is fine, fat free is not)
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3-4 tsp milk
1/2 c crushed peppermint candy or candy canes
Combine first three ingredients and beat until light and fluffy, adding milk as needed. Beat in crushed candy until well combined. Frost brownies, cookies, or cupcakes as desired. Enjoy!
