Buffalo Chicken Dip (SO bad for you. SO yummy.)

I make it 2 different ways, I always made it the 1st way.
Till I figured out no one cares, if I cook chicken in the crock pot all night. bone it & shred it, then heat up the whole house with the oven.
They like the easy way, just as much. :dontknow1:

2 blocks of cream cheese
1 cup of ranch
2 cups shredded cheddar
1 cup of buffalo wing sauce (I use Texas Pete's)
2ish cups of shredded chicken

Put all of the ingredients in a baking pan (save 1 cup of cheddar)

Bake at 350 for about a 1/2 hour.
Stir.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake another 15ish minutes, till cheese is melted and edges are bubbly.
Serve warm, with tortilla chips.

Easy way...
Use 2 large or 4 small cans of diced chicken.
Dump everything in a crock pot.
Cook on high for a 1/2 hour to 45 mins.
Stir well.
Cook another 15 mins.
Done. Keep crock pot on warm.

Can be cut in 1/2, doubled, tripled, whatever.
You can use a little more or less of any ingredient.
