This is really easy to make. I take a roast and slice 2 onions and put in the crock pot overnight with a little bit of water so it doesn't dry out. Then, in the morning, I drain the juice out and shred the roast. Then I add the BBQ sauce and stir it up. I let it cook another hour in the crock pot. Then it's ready to serve.

This is how I make my BBQ Sauce:
1/2 c Low Sodium Catsup
1/2 c Vinegar
1/2 c Honey
1/4 c Molasses
1 T Chili Powder
1 T Onion Powder
1/2 t Garlic Powder
1 T Dry Mustard
1/4 t Cayenne

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in a covered jar in the refrigerator.

You can also do this with chicken instead of roast.
