Arroz Con Chile Verde (Green Chile Rice) 2 to 3 cups cooked rice 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, cubed 2 cups sour cream 1 cup chopped green chili* 1 tsp. salt 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder *can be Hatch, poblano or a mix of other chilies, according to taste Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and place in a 2-quart, greased, casserole dish. Bake in an oven for 20 minutes.
