Ingredients

  • 7 oz vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup Fireball whiskey
  • 1 cup Rumchata
  • 4 oz Cool-Whip
  • 1 oz Reddi-Wip
  • 1 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal crushed for garnish

Instructions

Pudding Instructions

  • In a small bowl add the milk to the instant pudding and stir until completly mixed.
  • Add the Rumchata and Fireball whiskey to the bowl.
  • Fold in the Cool-Whip.
  • Stir the pudding mixture for about 2 minutes until thickened.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator until you are ready to fill the shot glasses.

Filling the Shot Glasses

  • Fill a cake decorating bag with the pudding mix. If you dont have a decorating bag you can use a small spoon to fill the glasses.
  • Fill each shot glass approx. 3/4 full with the pudding.
  • Top each shot glass with Reddi-Wip
  • Sprinkle each shot glass with a small amount of crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal.

    Fabulous recipe…EVERY person that I served it to loved it.
    One question, please: When making the 10 serving recipe it calls for 1/2 cup of RumChata, but when making the 2 pc. recipe, it calls for 1 cup. I’ve gotta tell you I love the thought of 1 cup for 2 slices!!! Perhaps an error?
