A few things first....
I cannot use internet printed, store coupons (except CVS or target maybe) and i cannot use expireds...
PLEASE SEND YOUR OFFER AND WANTS IN THE FIRST PM... 
I am a very easy trader.. BUT please don't be offended if i can't use what you have... 
I get tons of inserts each week and unless they are free, or are on the wish list below i don't need them... I LOVE to do BIG trades... the bigger the better... I DO NOT HAVE to trade $4$ or q4q.. you will usually get more in our trades... I love trading with newbies ,BUT if we have a really big trade you maybe asked to send your end first...PLease don't take this personally.... 
I live in the country.. My post office is in town... If we trade after 1 pm yours will not be mailed untill the next day.. My mail man never runs the same time... Most times i take it to town when i drop the kids off.. BUT summer is comming up and my trips to town will be very few... If you NEED something mailed asap, you must be sure to put "need for sale in the title of our trade... or just let me know... I will go out of my way to make sure you get it... BUT i need to know....
NOTE: We are trading for my time to cut and send etc....

actuals.. I can use a box of actuals if i can trade you enough to make up the cost of shipping and the amount of coupons to make us even.. I don't haave the $$ to buy the items from you but i can trade hundreds of coupons for a box...
Tearpads.. REALLY good tearpads... we don't get them here very often and if you could please ask...
I trade for 2 families.. my house and my moms house...
So i usually need more than one of something.but will take only one if that is all you have.... Thanks
